I have been a self-employed consultant and trainer since 2003 and work mainly with management teams and people in leadership roles and in different sectors (e.g. renewable energies, financial services, industry, retail). Qualified since 2016 as Training and Supervising TA person (PTSTA-C, in supervision) I am providing training in transactional analysis, appearing as a speaker at international congresses and working for various training institutes in Europe. The internationality and my belonging to the worldwide TA community and my colourful network have become a part of my identity.
I spent the first half of my life searching. I studied biology, worked on an Australian cattle station, completed an apprenticeship in dressmaking and a business degree, experienced the beauty in life and some crises, until I found my place in the professional world in human resources development, found transactional analysis, my spiritual practice and finally myself.
My own training in transactional analysis has been a constant companion of my personal professional development over several years. In addition, I have discovered Soul Motion™ and other forms of meditation for myself and experience this as a harmonious enrichment in my professional work. I am interested in body-oriented forms of therapy and integrate—where appropriate—some components into my work. Over the years, I have developed a holistic, relationship oriented approach to counselling and training and consider it a gift to learn something new in every encounter. It is a matter close to my heart to accompany people in finding the questions that are relevant to them and to contribute so that their coherent answers can unfold. And because I am a genuinely curious being, I look forward to getting to know you.
A glimpse of what us working together could look like.
