In coaching, I offer people support in crisis situations, in expanding their communication and relationship competence and their leadership repertoire, or in their reorientation in the professional or private world. Together, we explore, if necessary, restrictive beliefs and identify their causes, dare to change perspectives, with the aim of establishing a friendly internal dialogue, developing selfconsciousness, and developing coherent behavioural alternatives.
Before we start the coaching process, we introduce ourselves to each other in a conversation and examine whether and how my consulting offer can fit your concerns and goals in terms of content and administration. For this, we'll meet for an hour by phone, online or live. Afterwards, you will decide whether you can imagine a collaboration.
